RENTAL RATES
Meetings, Seminars, Luncheons, Showers, Teas, Bridge Parties or similar daytime events:
1 to 25 Guests $135.00
26 to 50 Guests $175.00
51 to 70 Guests $200.00
71 to 100 Guests $250.00
Rehearsal dinners, Engagement parties, Wedding reception, Evening dinner parties, Reunions, Cocktail buffets or similar events:
1 to 25 Guests $275.00
26 to 50 Guests $325.00
51 to 70 Guests $375.00
76 to 100 Guests $475.00
Entire Day: $1,000
*NOTE: These rates include the use of tables (oval and rectangle), chairs, and white floor length tablecloths. An additional charge will be added for extra guests over specified amount.
The following additional charges must be paid when the contract is signed:
• Security Deposit $200.00
• Cleaning Fee 1 to 50.......$50 51 to 100......$100.00
• Security (if alcohol served at event) $100.00
