INSTRUCTIONS FOR OUT OF POCKET II:

ARTWORK MUST CONFORM TO THE FOLLOWING SPECIFICATIONS:

• Works may be two- or three-dimensional
• All entries must be original
• All works must be affordably priced ($50 - $250) and available for purchase
  (The Arts Center retains a 40% commission of the sale and all prices should include
  that commission)
• Jewelry, photography or computer-generated art are not accepted for this exhibition

Two-dimensional work:

• Image size not to exceed 25 square inches
• Frames not to exceed 80 square inches (works would be best presented in matching frames)
• All entries must be ready to hang

Three-dimensional work:
May not exceed 8 in. x 8 in. x 8 in. including base and must be firmly attached to base or stand freely if no base is needed

Works must be delivered with each artist's BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH, LOAN AGREEMENT and W-9 TAX FORM on Thursday, October 2 between 10am and 5pm

A completed Loan Agreement and W-9 tax form must be submitted by each participating artist upon delivery of the works of art. If you (the artist) will be having an authorized person deliver works for you, notify the curator at angie.barry@gadsdenarts.org and be sure the loan agreement, W-9, and your biographical sketch, accompanies your works upon delivery.

Once accepted, the curator will send a confirmation email detailing delivery dates, etc.
